RETURN POLICY

Scope of After-Sales Service:

  • We undertake to provide after-sales service for accessories damaged due to quality issues.
  • After-sales service is limited to products purchased within 30 days.
  • After-sales service is limited to quality issues occurring under normal usage conditions, excluding damage caused by human factors, accidents, or improper use.

After-Sales Service Procedure:

  • Customers should promptly contact our customer service team upon discovering quality issues with accessories, providing the order number and detailed description of the issue.
  • Our customer service team will verify the issue and guide the customer through troubleshooting, which may include providing photos or videos for diagnostic purposes.
  • If the issue is verified as a quality problem within the scope of after-sales service, we will arrange for free replacement or repair of the accessory.

Accessory Replacement and Repair:

  • If the accessory cannot be repaired, we will provide a new replacement accessory free of charge.
  • If the accessory can be repaired, we will proceed with the repair upon customer agreement and promptly return the repaired accessory to the customer.

Shipping Costs for Accessories:

  • Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs to return the accessory to us for after-sales service.
  • We will cover the shipping costs to return the repaired or replacement accessory to the customer.

Disclaimer:

  • We are not liable for the following situations, including but not limited to: incorrect usage, damage caused by self-disassembly of accessories, non-standard usage, or accidental damage.
  • We do not assume responsibility for delays or failure to provide after-sales service due to force majeure factors, but will make every effort to assist in resolving the issue.
  • Our website’s products are handmade and are non-refundable unless there is a quality issue.

  • This after-sales agreement applies to all customers who purchase our products.
  • We reserve the right to modify this after-sales agreement and will notify customers of any changes in advance.
